Dear Moderators,

We have been busy working on driving traffic to the community.

By growing the community we could enhance the collaboration process - which would mean even better exam questions and more exams, ...

The 11 Java SE exams announced on JavaLobby has gotten noticed (re: the Digg piece mentioned below.)

This week we'll have the first TechAnim on JasperReports on theserverside.com

Very soon there will be an article on InfoQ.com about converting JavaBlackBelt from Struts to WebWork. (More articles are in the pipeline!)

John and Nicolas are going to conferences like JAOO and JFALL - and those are only the beginning...

We have a new service: displaying your "Java belt" on various forums (and soon on your blogs!)

And we have a lot of crosslinking efforts in the works.

Bruno Lowagie, iText founder and author of the new book iText in Action, "blogged us".

Plus, we've been showing up on technorati.com.

We've had some other ideas, like "digging" stories about JavaBlackBelt that were posted recently on Digg.com.

So we thought: if anyone wants to "digg" these ... don't let us stop you ;-)

If you are a "Dzoner"... there's a place to "vote" for your community HERE.

Most of all, we would appreciate your ideas and suggestions. What should we do to get the word out and how should we do it?

Together maybe we can find a way that uses the right tone to interest developers.

There's a thread on JavaLobby for your thoughts...

Thanks for taking the time to read this!
